As a Lead Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing procurement and expediting activities for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers professionally, ethically, and efficiently.
  • Manage all procurement and expediting processes in accordance with documented and authorized company procedures.
  • Supervise and develop procurement and expediting personnel to maintain optimum performance levels.
  • Ensure the integrity of information maintained within and provide timely procurement and expediting reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years direct experience in project procurement, expediting, transport, and logistics disciplines in the mining and minerals industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, electronic, and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge of international and local procurement practices, tendering, and contract laws regulations.
