As a B2B Merchant Success Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between stakeholders, integration partners, and internal teams. Your goal is to ensure smooth onboarding, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional technical and operational support. - Act as the primary contact for merchants, driving engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee technical integrations (APIs, gateways, processes) and troubleshoot issues
