ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Merchandising Operations team is responsible for optimizing Merchandising workflows and managing timelines and deliverables for Merchandising teams. They are an expert in the go to market process, remove operational roadblocks and make decisions to support the Merchandising teams in reaching their GTM milestones. Through their work, they unlock merchandising capacity and enable teams to thrive and focus on merchandising endeavors.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

1. Provide cross-divisional functional support in planning and organizing functional teams across divisions to facilitate alignment, collaboration and completion of functional deliverables.
2. Create and drive operational consistency across the function through standardized tools, communication, and templates.
3. Support the function in the execution of function-owned GTM deliverables.
4. Create visibility for functional leadership to risks and drive mitigation plans to completion for GTM Milestone deliverables by gathering and analyzing leading indicators and performance metrics.
5. Assist function in managing data, especially across multiple teams, to ensure data accuracy across operational tasks (crucial for decision-making and strategy implementation).

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 3 years experience in a Merchandising role and 2-3 years experience in an Operations function.
2. Understanding of the merchandising process and the interdependencies between merchandising and cross-functional teams and how they work together.
3. Understanding of the go to market and merchandising process.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe and Smartsheet.
5. Ability to multi-task and manage various projects and workstreams simultaneously.
6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
