Key Responsibilities
- Own small-to-medium features and services end to end
- Evaluate latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs
- Maintain Areas of Responsibility and monitor production systems
- Break specifications into milestones and technical estimates
- Remediate technical debt and advocate for code quality
Requirements:
- Two or more years of professional software engineering experience
- Production experience with modern distributed architectures
- Command of software design fundamentals and testing practices
- Experience or curiosity with prompt pipelines and agentic frameworks
