Key Responsibilities
- Execute communications plans supporting Human Resources initiatives
- Develop targeted messages for varied audiences and formats
- Prepare email, intranet, and video communication content
- Communicate to inform, engage, and build alignment
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, design, and video teams
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of communications-related experience
- Human Resources communications experience considered an asset
- Excellent collaboration and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a large, global organization considered an asset Bring communications expertise, audience understanding, and HR partnership skills to Stantec’s companywide employee communications team.
