Position Summary

Empowering our client to proactively safeguard IS Systems, preventing incidents and outages, while enabling efficient and informed support through timely and actionable alerts.

Key Responsibilities

- Gate keeping, optimizing system performance and avoiding system design deficiencies related to the overall application landscape

- Completing all system documentation and knowledge transfer of the implemented system to support team

- Supporting the problem management process by analyzing trends for recurring issues and proposing solutions

- Must have in-depth experience in SAP Solution Manager,ITIONS technical synonyms SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM administration

Required Qualifications

- Hands on knowledge and experience in SAP Solman, SAP Focused Run and SAP Cloud ALM monitoring tools and SAP change management configuration

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

- Good time management skills

- S4 upgrade experience will be an added advantage

Compensation

Salary Range: $46.00 – $92.00 per hour/year
