IT Systems Administrator at Mnaasged

Join Mnaasged Child and Family Services as an IT Systems Administrator, supporting daily technology needs in a fully in-person role. You'll provide vital hardware and software support across multiple systems. This position reports to the Manager of Information Technology and requires expertise in system and network administration, including managing Microsoft 365 and virtual environments. Your contributions will ensure the agency's technological infrastructure runs efficiently, benefiting both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain on-premise and virtual servers
• Manage Active Directory and user account permissions
• Support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools
• Administer firewall and network security systems
• Serve as primary IT support for employees

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Experience with hardware and software support
• Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
• Willingness to learn compliance frameworks
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment Support Mnaasged's mission through effective IT solutions and user support.
