The Front End trainer is responsible for store orientation and implementation of core process for front end and cash office. They will support with new store openings across the region training front end managers, supervisors and cashiers. Also will be supporting before, during and after store opening. Shifts will be flexible and rotate between morning, afternoon and evening depending on the needs of the business and are willing to adapt to changing priorities. They will achieve this by modeling our Loblaws Blue culture and Shared Values and Behaviors.

Role Requirements:

1. University or college degree in Business, or an equivalent in a related field of study
2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in retail and front end operations
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas in a collaborative manner to Front End Specialist
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage timelines to ensure delivery of objectives
5. Ability to adapt positively to a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing work environment
6. Demonstrated skills in relationship building and influencing to achieve results
7. Strong team player with self-discipline and motivation to work independently
8. Strong organizational, planning and strategic execution skills
9. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and judgment skills
10. Intermediate or advanced technical skills (Excel, Power point, Outlook)
11. Understanding of SWEDAMART knowledge and navigation is a must
12. Troubleshooting technical issues (lanes, uscans and cash office)
13. Showcase the Loblaw CORE Values and Blue Culture through actions
14. Travel within regions as required, and flexible work hours including evenings and weekends
