Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps
- Establish standards, principles, policies, guardrails, and reference models
- Coordinate AI investments across global business units
- Chair governance forums and oversee architecture decisions
- Advise executives on AI opportunities, risks, and investments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Master's degree or advanced architecture certifications preferred
- 10+ years of architecture leadership experience
- 5+ years leading enterprise AI or emerging technology domains
- Experience in highly regulated industries preferred Shape Sun Life's enterprise AI direction through architecture strategy, governance, executive engagement, and measurable business value.
