Job Description:

- Design, develop, enhance, and support PEGA PRPC applications, including technically complex workflows, rules, data structures, interfaces, and new feature development across the full application development lifecycle (release management, migrations, and branching).
- Apply 6+ years of Pega development expertise, adhering to Pega guardrails and best practices, with recommended certification at the Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) level and experience delivering solutions across multiple projects.
- Provide technical leadership by contributing to architecture, technology selection, and platform evolution, while actively serving in roles such as Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager based on project needs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-level issues, performing root cause analysis and delivering practical, proof-based technical solutions to complex architecture and performance challenges.
- Configure and integrate web applications and CTI solutions, including Avaya/Genesys via PegaCall, implementing screen-pop functionality and working with job schedulers such as Control-M.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, policies, and standards; train team members on critical success factors; and communicate effectively with stakeholders through technical walk throughs, status reporting, and concise documentation.
