What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide expert technical post-sales support for customers and channel partners using Ansys Electronics and Electromagnetics products, focusing on low frequency applications.
- Utilize Ansys Innovation Space, AnsysGPT, and other AI-driven platforms to deliver timely and accurate solutions to customer challenges.
- Apply your engineering expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide variety of simulation-related issues.
- Adhere to established support processes to ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop specialized technical knowledge in one or more simulation domains and serve as a go-to resource for your team and customers.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback, file defect reports, verify fixes, and participate in field testing of new software releases to ensure product quality and relevance.
- Contribute to team and company-wide strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and product offerings.

- Expand your own technical expertise and contribute to the collective knowledge of the Customer Excellence team.
- Support strategic business growth by enabling customers to achieve their design and simulation objectives efficiently.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BS) in Electromagnetics Engineering or a related field; MSEE preferred.
- Experience with low frequency tools, such as Maxwell, and familiarity with Ansys Electronics or Electromagnetics products.
- Logical, analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, with excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with commercial CAE or CAD software packages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
