What we expect from you
As an Operations Manager, your main mission is to ensure the store’s proper and effective functioning at the service of sales and customers.
- Organize the store operations based on KPIs
- Manage and optimize the productivity of all resources
- Organize and supervise front‑end processes
- Manage the stockroom inventory and flow of goods
- Supervise and execute replenishment
- Collaborate with department managers on commercial operations
- Continuously train teams on proper procedures and standards
- Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
- Responsible for compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work
