Elevate hospitality projects with Pursuit as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing renovations in Banff and Jasper. This role involves project planning, budget management, and collaboration with construction teams. Pursuit seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead the development of food and beverage outlets, hotels, and attractions. You will manage all project phases, from initiation to execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Frequent travel to project sites is essential, along with coordination among architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct due diligence on project proposals
• Create and manage Requests for Proposals for contractors
• Oversee project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate project teams across multiple stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• PMP certification is a plus
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites Lead impactful hospitality projects with Pursuit and ensure a seamless guest experience in Banff and Jasper.
