The Marketing Officer is responsible for conducting a wide variety of duties in support of the Communications and Marketing team.

Responsibilities

1. Work independently and contribute to the design, presentation, layout, functionality, navigation, and graphic content creation of the corporate website and fundraising event web pages.
2. Design a wide variety of marketing materials including marketing collaterals, newsletters, online and offline advertisements, signage, and e-blasts.
3. Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to create and execute posting schedule and content calendar for social media, brand, and email marketing channels, considering web traffic, SEO, and customer engagement metrics.
4. Execute online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google AdWords.
5. Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and AODA requirements.
6. Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

1. A university degree in digital marketing, graphic design, marketing, or other related discipline.
2. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, website and social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WeChat, and Weibo) management.
3. Proficient in WordPress and HTML, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience in SEO is an asset.
4. Technologically savvy with the ability to work easily in a wide variety of online platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, and Microsoft Suite.
5. Working knowledge of HTML, SEO, and AODA.
6. Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese.
7. Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
8. A valid Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle.
