Location:
Burnaby, BC
- The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- The candidate will be required to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- The candidate must be able to mix, pour, and spread materials.
- The candidate will be expected to assist heavy equipment operators.
- The candidate will be expected to help with rock drilling and blasting on construction sites.
- The candidate must remove rubble and other debris from construction sites. Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate must be flexible.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work at heights. Work setting
- The candidate will be required to work in various locations. Transportation/travel information
- The candidate must have their own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced busy environment.
- The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
- The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
- The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
- The candidate should be willing to work overtime if necessary. Own tools/equipment
- The candidate must have their own tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and safety vest.
