InThink Human Resources is working on finding a Civil or Corporate/Commercial Litigation Lawyer for their clients’ Vancouver office.

We are a specialized recruitment agency that works with clients to fill key roles. We deep dive and find out what makes our clients’ unique to find their ideal candidate. We work with our clients to fill legal, accounting, and corporate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working on civil, corporate/commercial litigation files
- Ability to represent clients professionally in court and in front of tribunals
- Prepare detailed files and take the best course of actions to complete those files
- Possess an understanding and have a passion for working on litigation files
- Perform the proper due diligence to attain all relevant information for files
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members
- Understand clients’ needs to get the best outcome for them
- Be comfortable with business development
- Possess the ability to go into court and act in the best interest of their clients
- Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards

Successful candidates must have:

- 7 to 10 years of experience working as a Civil or Corporate/Commercial Litigation Lawyer
- Extremely detail oriented with ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Have sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives
- Ability to provide superior services to clients
- Handle the caseload from beginning to end
- Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing
- Ability to provide clear direction and comfortable with delegating tasks
- Ability to communicate in Korean or Mandarin is an asset
- Partial book of business is preferred

Compensation

- Competitive salary between $135,000 to $250,000/year
- Benefits after probation
