Global Corporate Controller at Fortive

Lead the global accounting function as a Corporate Controller for Fortive. Drive financial reporting accuracy and operational excellence while managing diverse accounting teams across multiple areas. As the Corporate Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and oversee the global accounting and compliance processes. Your role focuses on performance improvement, alignment with business objectives, and the execution of departmental plans. You will leverage your technical accounting expertise and leadership skills to ensure timely, accurate financial information flowing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to diverse accounting teams
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Oversee global accounting operations for business alignment
• Prepare internal and external financial reports compliantly
• Lead the external audit process and maintain auditor relationships

Requirements:
• 12+ years in accounting or finance with team leadership
• Deep expertise in technical accounting and reporting
• Experience in multinational environments
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit
