Key Responsibilities
• Lead the growth of the Assurance practice for private companies
• Offer insights on financial reporting and risk to clients
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate on integrated solutions with the firm
• Build and lead a high-performing advisory team
Requirements:
• University Degree and CPA required, public accounting license ideal
• 10+ years’ experience in Assurance at a Canadian firm
• Proven track record in relationship building and practice growth
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills Drive growth and implement change as a Senior Partner at Doane Grant Thornton.
