Qualifications

- Valid real estate license with RECO
- 2+ years’ experience in residential real estate sales
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa is essential
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
- Valid driver's license required
