About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Manager to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for professionals who are currently employed and want to earn additional income through commission-based work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and able to manage payment processes efficiently while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality.

As a Payment Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and tracking payments, ensuring that all transactions are completed correctly and on time. This position offers flexible hours and a commission structure, making it an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.

- Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment activities.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Communicate with clients, vendors, or team members regarding payment issues professionally.

- Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations.

Qualifications

- Must be a United States-based applicant.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic understanding of payment processing, financial transactions, or bookkeeping.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

- Previous experience in finance, payments, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule

- Part-time: 16–20 hours per week

- Flexible hours, suitable for individuals who are currently employed

- Work can be done remotely

Compensation

- Commission-based pay only:5% – 7% commission

- Commission is paid monthly

- Earnings are based entirely on payments managed
