Key Responsibilities
• Lead P&L management for Maersk Customs Canada
• Champion service quality and compliance standards
• Drive strategic growth in partnership with sales teams
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention efforts
• Oversee team performance management and KPIs
Requirements:
• BA in a relevant discipline preferred
• Required Licensed Customs Broker status
• 10–15+ years in customs brokerage leadership roles
• Experience in leading large teams
