Description
Diana Health is expanding rapidly across multiple markets, and clinic openings are a critical part of achieving our mission. The Project Manager, New Site Openings will lead the planning and execution of new clinic launches, expansions, and relocations — ensuring each site opens on time, on budget, and in alignment with Diana Health’s operational and brand standards.
This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership — driving execution from lease signing through day-one operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of clinic openings, expansions, and relocations — from lease execution through site readiness and launch.
- Facilitate Execution: Lead weekly project meetings, track progress, identify and escalate blockers, and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between Real Estate, Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Vendor & Partner Oversight: Work closely with vendor partners to coordinate delivery and installation of signage, furniture, equipment, IT and telephony, utilities, and services. Coordinate with general contractors for interior renovations, create internal site progress reports and communications.
- Regulatory Readiness: Ensure all licenses, permits, and inspections (e.g., business license, CLIA, biomedical waste, occupancy) are secured before go-live.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the iteration and standardization of opening processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Change Management & Handoffs: Collaborate with regional directors and practice managers to support internal communications and ensure seamless transitions into steady-state operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in practice management, clinic operations, or construction project management preferred.
- Experience with healthcare implementations and multi-state expansions strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with day-to-day healthcare facilities operations, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with flexibility around hours during opening periods (including occasional evenings/weekends).
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Diana Health Culture
- Having a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvement
- Positive, can-do / how-can-I-help attitude
- Empathy for our team and our clients
- Taking ownership and driving to results
- Being scrappy and resourceful
