Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize and respond to technical support requests
• Analyze causes of technical support issues
• Collaborate with seniors on software automation
• Guide effective technology use for projects
• Prepare and maintain procedural documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of one year in IT-related education
• At least one previous co-op term completed
• Experience in Office 365 and Exchange
• Knowledge of Windows client and server OS
• Strong communication and customer service skills Gain essential experience in a supportive environment that champions innovation and safety.
