Typical Day in the Role:

• Lead and manage the project, including: planning, business requirements, development, testing, release and post release.

• Formally maintain the management documents to lead the projects and initiatives: cost, timelines, scope, governance, communication plan, testing plan.

• Work with Business stakeholders and the IT team in order to establish the roadmap of technology deliveries. Update the roadmap throughout the project with changes in priorities and the evolving capacity of the technology team.

• Understand, analyze and respond to the internal and external audit and regulatory requests.

• Work with the business stakeholders and the technology groups to coordinate the project.

• Communicate and reach decisions during the different project meetings: working groups, scrums, prioritization meetings, Steering Committees.

• Manage project participants and relationships ensuring project teams are cohesive and operating to common objectives and priorities.

• Hold meetings and work sessions as necessary to ensure that project management and run the bank initiatives are met i.e. scrum meetings, project planning, risk management, issue management, status meetings.

• Maintain the momentum of the Projects and the technology roadmap against background of changing and occasionally conflicting priorities.

• Be a servant leader to the IT Team by solving the outside issues in order to let the project team focus on the delivery of the business value.

• Ongoing communication of project and initiative status, completing the monthly Status Reports and escalating issues to the Project Sponsor, the Director and VP as required.

• Ensure the documentation and archiving of project activities, deliverables, tools and findings and for use in future projects.

• Operates independently day to day with direction received only at the most conceptual or abstract level.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 4+ Years of experience as an IT Project Manager - Fundamental understanding of current IT practices, system development techniques, including requirements specification and testing methodologies.

• Acquired experience in Capital Markets with knowledge of financial instruments.

• Experience in building implementation finance data technology projects.

• Manage a team size of 10 developers, testers, BAs.

Soft Skills:

• Very organized and methodical. Highly qualified in IT project management.

• Ability to create a positive teamwork mindset in a large technology team.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• LoanIQ experience.

• Data enrichment projects experience.

• Experience with CAPS.
