Position Overview

- Seasonal position (start and end dates may be subject to change, thus candidate must be flexible in this regard)

- Training will be completed prior to official start date

- Daytime, evening and weekend availability required

Performance‑based salary

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Manage and complete the Spray‑Net sales process which includes

- o The customer consultation

- o Using our software to quote the job

- o Follow up with customers

- o Collect job deposits

- o Assist in colour selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so)

- o After‑sales support as needed with your customers

- Relationship building and maintenance

- Participation in home shows

- Mentor and coach new team members

- Promote positive brand image

- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

- Sport our sweet swag and look like a pro

Qualifications and Requirements

- 2+ years of sales experience

- Complete our online and on‑site training program

- Valid driver’s license

- Independent & self‑motivated
