Key Responsibilities
• Own the integrated transformation roadmap and program schedules
• Govern program milestones and oversee delivery commitments
• Manage critical path dependencies and inter-workstream coordination
• Develop enterprise transition strategy for workflow retirement
• Define operational readiness frameworks and release criteria
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in program management and operational transformation
• Strong experience with transition management and program governance
• Background in technology architecture and modern operational processes
• Ability to coordinate across various business and technology workstreams
