Location: Western Canada / Vancouver/ Or available for PST
Salary: 78,000 to 93,000 CAD
At Clutch, we partner with agencies and brands to help them identify strong creative, digital, and technical talent. We are supporting a growing team looking for an Experience Designer who can bring digital concepts to life across web, mobile, AR/VR, and emerging platforms. This role blends creativity, digital craft, and user centered design to build intuitive, engaging experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Design interactive experiences for both professional and consumer audiences
• Develop concepts, prototypes, animations, and visual systems
• Collaborate with creative, UX, copy, and development partners
• Present work clearly and manage feedback cycles
• Build scalable designs across web, mobile, and extended reality
• Develop and maintain design system components
• Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and best practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years in digital or experience design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with animation and prototyping tools (Principle, Spline, Lottie, etc.)
• Ability to design intuitive, user centered interfaces
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Three.js is a plus)
• Experience in Pharma, Finance, or Healthcare required
