- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand processes and KPIs, lead requirements sessions, and translate business needs into clear analytical solutions
- Build and maintain analytics solutions on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Build pipelines (PySpark, SQL, Fabric Lakehouse), implement data validations, and troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Break down complex requests into actionable tasks, investigate data discrepancies, ensure accuracy of critical reporting, and drive automation and process improvements
Preferred background and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, analytics or related field
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience working in a BI or analytics role
- Experience working with Finance (GL, P&L), Supply Chain (Inventory, Logistics), or Sales data
- Experience or knowledge of SQL, PySpark and data engineering pipelines
- Experience implementing row-level security, column-level filtering, role-based access controls, and data masking/ anonymization
- Data architecture, design, and enterprise data modeling for data warehousing
- Microsoft Fabric certification or prior implementation experience
- Familiarity with ERP applications data
- Experience with Data Governance (DG) frameworks
Notes:
- This is a hybrid role (three days a week in office) based out of our Richmond HQ
- The base salary will be between $80,000 - $90,000 with a 10% bonus
