Responsibilities
- Build relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses to understand their financial needs.
- Provide guidance on retirement planning, college savings, and protection solutions like life and disability insurance.
- Develop customized strategies using New York Life’s wide range of investment & financial products.
- Maintain long-term relationships by offering ongoing support and financial reviews.
- Learn about investment strategies and how you can help others.
- Get involved in local networking, charities, and chambers to best serve our community.
Qualifications
- Business-driven mindset with the drive to build your own career.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Ability to learn complex concepts and explain them clearly to clients.
- Coachable and eager to participate in training and mentorship programs.
- Previous sales, customer service, or financial experience is helpful but not required — we provide paid training.
Compensation
$130,000 at plan earnings
