Your unique perspective, transferable skills, and lived experience may be exactly what we’re looking for. /*/****Job Description**As a valuable member of the Platinum Club team, you will be responsible for the delivery of winning food & beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values.* Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.* Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.* Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.* Assist with table resetting, preparation, and other duties as required* Provide support to Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and Managers as needed to ensure smooth operations.* Handle guest feedback or concerns courteously and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.* Follow service standards and policies, ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.* Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, including the Occupational Health & Safety Act, to maintain a safe and clean working environment.* Perform service functions as the need arises.Qualifications* Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.* Smart Serve certification required.* Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or club environment is preferred.* Previous bussing experience required.* Must be able to lift 40 lbs.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.We’re glad you’re here.
