Technical Writer

Technical Writer – Brossard Manufacturing facility

We are looking for a talented and meticulous technical writer capable of producing clear, structured, and accessible documentation for technical products and solutions.

As a technical writer, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to create user manuals and engineering specifications for our products.

Main Responsibilities

- Create and update technical documentation for products and available options on the North American market in both French and English

- Keep documents up to date as products and options evolve

- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation

- Update the documentation portal for our partners

- Ensure the distribution of technical documents

- Follow the company’s writing standards and document management processes

- Participate in the continuous improvement of documentation methods and tools

Required Technical Skills

- 2 years experience in documentation

- Knowledge of a CAD software: Ideally SolidWorks

- Excellent written in French and English

- Basic knowledge of electrical control would be an asset

- Knowledge of InDesign

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Ability to explain and simplify technical terminology
