What You’ll Do

Our Clinical Coordinators play a vital role in supporting patients through their sleep health journey. This position is ideal for candidates with a medical, clinical, or healthcare support background who enjoy patient interaction, clinical processes, and a meaningful role in care delivery.

- Manage Clinic Flow: Schedule appointments & triage referrals

- Patient‑Facing Clinical Support: Set up and administer Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT)

- Healthcare Communications: Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and medical partners

- Clinical Operations Support: Manage equipment, inventory, and patient documentation

- Administrative Excellence: Assist with insurance forms & daily clinical notes

- Patient Experience: Create a welcoming, educational, and supportive environment

What You Bring

We are seeking candidates with healthcare‑related experience, ideally from:

- Medical office administration

- Clinical coordination

- Dental/optometry clinics

- Sleep or respiratory clinics

- Physiotherapy/rehab clinics

- Insurance or extended health benefits

- Hospital or primary care settings

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in medical, clinical, or healthcare‑focused administration

- Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment

- Comfortable with MS Office/Google Suite

- Ability to commute daily to Langley

- Flexible for split days off (Sundays + one weekday Tues–Thurs)

- Saturdays are part of the regular schedule

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

What You Bring

We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑first environment.

- 2+ years of experience in administration/ coordination and customer service

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast pace healthcare environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable using MS Office/ Google Suite

- Able to commute to the work location daily

- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or clinical coordination is an asset (not mandatory)

- Flexible for split days off (Sundays + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday)

- The role includes working Saturdays as part of your regular schedule.

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
