As an Internal Auditor, you will serve as a trusted advisor within Ontario, assisting Profit Centre Managers by executing comprehensive reviews and strategic assessments. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas for improvement and developing necessary documentation to ensure ongoing compliance and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise profit centre managers on best practices
• Review operational and financial effectiveness of units
• Develop Standard Practice Instructions for clarity
• Participate in fraud investigations and audits
• Support training initiatives for team members
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in business/accounting/operations
• CPA/CIA certification is advantageous
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel between 20%-30% of the time Leverage your auditing expertise to support Noble's mission and growth while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
