Key Responsibilities
• Prepare meals, including cooking and baking for daycare centres
• Ensure safe food storage and execute proper disposal practices
• Manage inventory and order supplies weekly
• Maintain accurate records of children's allergens
• Deliver prepared food to daycare centres when necessary
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef
• Valid driver's license with a clear abstract
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Clear criminal record check and ability to lift heavy items
