Key Responsibilities
• Manage all restoration projects ensuring adherence to timelines
• Create and edit estimates via Xactimate
• Maintain communication with clients and subcontractors
• Coordinate after-hours emergency jobs as required
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years in project management or related role
• Familiarity with Xactimate and safety plans
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction trades and insurance processes
