Hamilton, Canada Machinery Masters Inc. Full time

Machinery Masters is looking for a skilled and reliable Procurement Coordinator to join our driven team. You’ll play a critical role in our commitment to sourcing and distributing machine parts and accessories across Canada.

What You'll Do

- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers.
- Collaborate with customers to assess needs and provide quotations.
- Generate quotations with appropriate pricing.
- Place orders with suppliers as needed.
- Coordinate shipping & receiving.
- Continually monitor inventory and complete replenishment tasks as needed.
- Document all procurement activity accurately using our systems.
- Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to add to and maintain warehouse inventory
- Work independently, representing Machinery Masters with professionalism, while supporting team-based projects as needed.
