Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of Subway restaurant leases

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial leasing
• Strong negotiation skills in lease structures
• Ability to manage high-volume portfolios
