Key Responsibilities
- Lead Canadian fund administration transformation workstreams
- Plan testing, implementation readiness, and milestone tracking
- Partner globally on requirements and regulatory considerations
- Oversee operational administration and client servicing processes
- Provide project reporting and coordinate governance communications
Requirements:
- 10+ years in fund administration or investment operations
- Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, or recordkeeping
- Proven project management and risk coordination experience
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and operational controls
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Use fund administration expertise, project delivery skills, and operational judgment to advance transformation across Canadian financial services operations.
