Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Set program standards with the Program Manager
- Develop plans covering resources, timelines, and budgets
- Identify risks and issues through data-driven reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors
Requirements:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent professional certification
- Six-plus years leading IT projects involving organizational change
- Three-plus years managing cross-functional large-scale initiatives
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodology proficiency Bring Salesforce project experience, portfolio alignment, and change leadership to Procom’s remote Senior Project Manager contract.
