RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing the annual budget, setting goals and objectives for each department, and tracking departmental performance.
- Manage the monthly and quarterly financial reviews, comparing actual performance to budgeted figures, as well as overseeing both short-term and long-term financial and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to optimize operational performance through the creation of tools that improve dashboards and daily management processes.
- Partner with the continuous improvement team to ensure business initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to and actively engage in business growth projects.
- Work alongside departmental teams to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring staff provides exceptional service and prioritizing customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and process optimization to increase both revenue and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to act quickly and decisively.
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
