What we are looking for

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes.

- A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
- Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can‑do attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements

What will you do

We want our Technicians to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

- Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air‑condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
- Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
- Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
- Promote our products and services on every call
- Provide a five‑star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
- Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
- Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
