As the Associate, Technical Development, you will support with delivering the highest-quality product that delivers on Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury promise, leveraging proactive, collaborative communication with cross-functional teams within Aritzia, and external vendors. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless — from a rewarding career in Technical Development to continued growth and development with Aritzia.**THE ROLE**As the Associate, Technical Development, you will:* Ensure that our product delivers a consistent and superior fit* Ensure that our product executes with best-in-class construction* Ensure that all fit samples execute on Design’s creative design vision* Bring life to our product samples to ensure wearable, functional and flattering fits* Effectively manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of technical development**THE QUALIFICATIONS**The Associate, Technical Development has:* Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction and fit and the appetite to continuously develop oneself* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles**THE COMPENSATION**The typical hiring range for this position is $28–$32 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
