Summary

We are seeking an ITAM/ITOM Specialist specializing in ServiceNow ITOM on a 1‑year fixed term. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions for a leading North American Bank. This long‑term staff augmentation role requires expertise in ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize ITOM modules, driving efficiency, compliance, and value realization for enterprise IT environments.

What will your typical day look like?

The ITAM/ITOM Specialist will focus on implementing and optimizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. This role is responsible for the configuration, integration, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM modules, supporting automation of IT processes, and ensuring asset visibility and compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB, and will work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to drive service excellence.

You are someone with:

- 3+ years of advanced experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules

- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery processes, and Service Mapping

- Experience with automation and integration of IT processes

- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow ITOM Specialist certification preferred

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
