We serve the communities of New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra. Our mission is to provide options and opportunities for people to have meaningful relationships and fulfilling lives.
We are hiring for a number of casual positions. Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with at least 1 shift on the weekend.

About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will:
- Support individuals in various home settings to promote independence
- Foster opportunities for learning, self‑expression, and community connection
- Assist with personal care, emotional and social support, and medical needs as required
- Advocate for people’s rights, choices, and inclusion in all areas of life
- Follow individualized care plans and help build new routines based on personal preferences
What You Bring
- Diploma in Human Services, Community Support, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Experience with personal care and supporting diverse care needs (an asset)
- Class 5 Driver’s License required (Class 4 preferred); personal vehicle required
- Current First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and Food Safe certifications
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building inclusive communities
- Union membership required (BCGEU)
