Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial needs of corporate clients
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Create marketing materials and client presentations
- Support transaction structuring and execution
- Identify and develop client business opportunities
Requirements:
- Two to five years’ investment banking or M&A experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
- Deep familiarity with capital markets
- Excellent Microsoft Suite and Excel command Bring financial analysis, modeling, communication, and capital markets expertise to Scotiabank’s Toronto investment banking team.
