The Opportunity
We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for passionate developers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our stack includes JavaScript, React, Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS, and MySQL.

You'll have a key role in shaping our architecture, driving performance at scale, and building features that directly impact users.

Key Responsibilities

- Ship well-tested, performant code across front-end and back-end services.
- Design solutions for new platform capabilities and system improvements.
- Improve reliability, latency, and deployment pipelines as the customer base expands.
- Provide code reviews and technical guidance to strengthen the team’s skills.
- Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through weekly wins, team challenges, quarterly cleanups, and shared learning sessions.

What You Bring

- 5 + years of experience developing and shipping SaaS or enterprise web applications.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS, Docker, and relational databases.
- Demonstrated success designing systems or leading projects that reached production at scale.
- Commitment to software engineering best practices: automated testing, CI/CD, and clean, maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous-learning mindset and a track record of adopting new technologies when they drive better outcomes.
