Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant expert on UKG Dimensions experience. The position will primarily be responsible for creating high‑level design artifacts, detailed solution design, leading validation for all types of testing, supporting implementation/enhancements, deployments, validating requirements with product offerings, and working with stakeholders on product customization requests. Interface with key stakeholders and apply Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

- Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship available for this role).

- Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta, or willing to relocate. Ability to travel may be required.

Preferred Skills:

- 8+ years of Information Technology experience in Workforce Management Domain.

- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in Implementation, Development, and Support projects related to UKG/Kronos WFC / Pro WFM Application, with at least one Pro WFM project experience.

- Functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Basic Scheduling modules.

- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in Scheduling, Forecasting, and Activities modules.

- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in Interface development using Boomi/API based integration tools for Pro WFM.

- Sound knowledge of workforce management disciplines such as Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self‑Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay.

- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Practical experience/exposure and knowledge of UKG Pro WFM.

- Experience in UKG Workforce management process flows.

- Direct client interaction during Requirements Gathering, Fit‑Gap analysis, etc.

- Experience with common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML Imports, Web services, and standard Import Tables.

- Experience in data conversions using import tables and XML Imports, with analysis and debugging skills.

- Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant with at least two implementation projects and one upgrade project.

- Functional testing or automated testing experience in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location: Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC (Remote work possible depending on assignment).

The job may entail extensive travel and prolonged computer use. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range (Ontario): $89,004 to $103,042.
