Nurse Practitioner for an Aesthetic Clinic in Penticton

MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting for a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Penticton.

Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).

- Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

The medical group’s model is performance‑driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Nurse practitioners can typically earn between $185,000 and $940,000+ annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic.

Injectors are paid based on:

- Services they personally provide

- Services they supervise (if applicable)
