Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders across operational units and external partners to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with intended business outcomes
- Conduct research to identify and understand relevant data sources, translating findings into clear requirements for the development team
- Collaborate with business partners to create concise, high-quality user stories and well-defined requirements, prioritizing features for development
- Lead prioritization sessions to assess, rank, and refine multiple projects
- Act as a Product Owner when necessary, guiding progress reviews and providing feedback to development teams to ensure efficient development cycles and optimal results
- Foster a collaborative environment to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams

Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities
- Must have experience supporting Windows and mobile app (iOS) development projects.
- Proven experience in an Agile development environment, with familiarity in Scrum methodologies and iterative processes
- Strong experience working with datasets, understanding data flows, and supporting the integration of data across systems
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for Agile collaboration and documentation.
- A coding background or development technical knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects of varying complexity, delivering on-time and within budget
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document requirements clearly and collaborate effectively across teams

Pay Rate: $70-90/hour
