Key duties performed by this position includes mental health and addictions clinical supervision, and the implementation of integrated practices and care processes between adult medical services, mental health, and addictions.Human Resources Exemption: NoExperience 1-3 yrs nursing exp. in in-patient/community mental health, home care, and/or ER Experience in mental health & addictions is an asset Education Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing (BScPN) Other Education and Training Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable Nursing diploma is acceptable Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Basic - Change management skills Basic - Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge and practical application of the Mental Health Services Act Knowledge of current trends/issues/best practice strategies Other Information May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) For more information on the city of Swift Current please visit http://www.swiftcurrent.ca/ Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
